The Shelly Mini 1PM Gen4 is a smart relay equipped with built-in power metering, designed to control various electrical appliances with a maximum load capacity of 8A. Despite its compact size, it offers full functionality and can be managed individually via the free Shelly mobile app or integrated with over 200 platforms like Amazon Alexa and Home Assistant. It can also be configured to work within synchronized schedules or scenes involving multiple Shelly devices.
The latest model in the Mini series, the Shelly Mini 1PM Gen4, features an upgraded chipset and increased RAM compared to the Gen3, enabling faster performance and enhanced scripting capabilities. All Gen4 devices, including the Mini 1PM Gen4, come with native support for Matter and Zigbee protocols alongside the Bluetooth and WiFi compatibility found in Gen3 units. These connections can operate simultaneously, allowing the Mini 1PM Gen4 to connect to an extensive Shelly network via WiFi while also communicating with existing Zigbee or Matter systems for a seamless, all-in-one solution.
Beyond its smart relay functions, the Shelly Mini 1PM Gen4 offers precise power monitoring, accurately measuring the energy consumption of any connected device within 1% accuracy. This information is stored locally on the device and securely backed up in the cloud, providing a comprehensive overview of your smart devices’ energy usage.
