The Shelly Presence Gen4 is an advanced motion sensor that tracks up to six people in real time and supports ten customizable detection zones with their own automations and schedules. Description
The Shelly Presence Gen4 builds on the capabilities of standard motion sensors like the Shelly BLU Motion, adding a far more advanced set of features. Rather than simply reporting movement, it identifies real‑time presence and tracks motion across up to ten configurable zones, each with its own automation rules. This allows for highly targeted control, such as adjusting only the lighting zone that’s currently occupied by linking it with a Shelly Dimmer Gen3.
It can follow up to six people simultaneously and continues to recognise someone even when they’re still, such as when reading or sleeping, preventing lights from switching off prematurely. Sensitivity levels can be tuned to ignore small movements from pets or robot vacuums, and the built‑in light sensor supports three distinct lux thresholds.
The Presence Gen4 comes with a stand for placing it on a desk, shelf, or any flat surface, and the stand can be removed if you prefer to mount the device on a wall using screws or the included adhesive pad.
