Having a powerful motor and clever Chamberlain myQ technologies* together makes returning home even more satisfying. The exterior gate no longer has to be physically opened and closed thanks to the CHLA250EVC, which can be monitored and operated with a smartphone from any location via Chamberlain myQ*.
Left your phone in the house? Phone battery empty? No problem! Just use the included remote control transmitters as normal.

Ideal for Residential Settings
For double standard swing gates, the CHLA250EVC swing gate operator can manage gate leaves up to 2.5m wide or 200kg in weight (please refer to the product manual for more information).
With a few clicks, one gate leaf may be opened, and automatic closing can be changed. In order to reduce noise, the motor also has soft start and soft stop functions. Additionally, automated obstacle detection contributes to safety.
Faster, Simpler Installation
Various pre-assembled parts simplify and accelerate installation, such as the pre-trained hand-held remote controls and the printed circuit board with the integrated radio module and transformer.

With regard to safety, this form of wireless technology is the best that Chamberlain has ever provided.
