Because the CHAA250EVC can be monitored and controlled via a smartphone through Chamberlain myQ* from any location, your gates no longer have to be manually opened and closed.

Ideal for Residential Settings
For double swing gates with wide posts, the CHAA250EVC swing gate operator can manage gate leaves up to 2.5m wide or 200kg in weight (please refer to the product manual for more information).
One gate leaf can be opened and the automated closing mechanism adjusted with a few clicks. Additionally, the motor incorporates soft start and soft stop features to lessen noise. Safety is further enhanced by automatic obstacle detection.
Faster, Simpler Installation
A number of pre-assembled components, such the printed circuit board with the integrated radio module and transformer, and the pre-trained handheld remote controls, make installation simpler and faster.
