The Beninca BRAINY24 PLUS is a versatile 24V DC control panel designed for the automation of swing gates, opposed sliding gates, and industrial folding doors. Suitable for controlling 1 or 2 actuators, it combines advanced control features, integrated safety functions, and flexible programming options within a single compact unit. The BRAINY24 PLUS can replace the BRAINY24 model.

Featuring an integrated LCD display, built-in 433.92 MHz radio receiver, and integrated battery charger, the BRAINY24 PLUS provides straightforward setup and reliable operation for both residential and commercial gate automation systems. Independent control of each actuator allows separate adjustment of torque, speed, and slowdown settings, ensuring smooth and precise movement.

The controller incorporates advanced anti-crushing protection through amperometric detection and encoder management, including an encoder input for 24V DC hydraulic motors. A comprehensive range of dedicated inputs is provided, including open, close, step-by-step, pedestrian access, stop, separate opening/closing and closing photocell inputs, and an input for N.C. or 8K2 sensitive safety edges. Two configurable outputs can be assigned as an open gate indicator, second radio channel, courtesy light, zone light, photocell testing, flashing light, open gate alarm, or N.C. input alarm, while dedicated outputs are also available for a 12V DC electric lock and flashing light connection.

The unit is compatible with the Beninca BeUP ecosystem, allowing configuration, diagnostics, firmware updates, and radio transmitter management via the optional PRO.UP accessory and Advantouch system. Additional features such as maintenance warnings, manoeuvre counting, password-protected programming, automatic operating parameter setup, and optional KNX integration via the X.BE card make it a powerful solution for professional gate automation installations.
