What information we collect
1a. Anonymous, non-personally identifiable information
Easygates.co.uk uses Google Analytics to analyse how visitors use our website. Google Analytics uses cookies, which are small text files placed on your computer, to collect information such as visitor behaviour and IP address in an anonymous form. No personally identifiable information is collected by or submitted to Google Analytics; and none of this information is collected without your explicit permission.
Your IP address is collected purely for the purpose of determining geographic location of visits to an accuracy that is typically within a 40 Km radius. We will not link, or seek to link, an IP address with the identity of a computer user. We will not associate any data gathered for the purpose of analytics with any personally identifiable information from any source. Google will not associate your IP address with any other data held by Google.
1b. Personally identifiable information
Easygates Ltd collects a select amount of personally identifiable information from our users. This may include:
Your name and title
Contact information, including email address and telephone number
Demographic information, including billing address, postal address and postcode.
Your IP address. This will not be recorded until your purchase has been completed.
Information collected during purchase, including items purchased and quantity of items; prices paid for items, delivery and VAT; and tracking numbers, which help us keep track of your delivery and ensure it reaches you.
